The TISE Himalayan International School

Tise Himalayan International School (THIS) has been established to give children of a cultural Tibetan background scattered in many Himalayan regions, a school that would enable them have access to quality education while preserving their cultural, linguistic and spiritual traditions. The school is built near Siliguri, an emerging industrial city in northeastern India, easily accessible from all countries in the Himalayan region where a large number of families having a culturally Tibetan background live.

Tibetan Medicine School

The Himalayan Medicine School Program, in cooperation with the Four Medical Sciences of the Early Tradition School in Kathmandu, Nepal, aims at improving access to healthcare for people living in the remote mountainous regions of Nepal, by training local members of the Himalayan community in traditional Himalayan medicine. Alongside with providing full teaching and training in traditional Himalayan medicine, this school runs a charity clinic.
